On April 4, 2024, practicing psychologist of AIU Irina Yalchynkaya held a seminar on the topic “Caution: Conflict!” for the 1st year students of the Finance and credit, as well as International economy and business departments. 

The choice of material on this topic was determined by the relevance and severity of the problem being studied at all times of human existence. The lecturer covered the nature, structure and main features of the conflict, the stages of formation and escalation of the conflict, examined the types of behavior in the conflict, and also presented modern approaches to resolving conflict situations, considered by the modern science of conflictology. The students showed keen interest in the proposed topic, actively participated in modeling conflict situations, and tested conflict resolution techniques in practice. According to the students, the seminar was useful, informative and timely.
